Q1: Has my order gone through?

A1: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email within 1 hour, which will include all of the items that you have ordered and expected delivery dates. You will only receive this email if you have a valid email address registered to your account.

If you do have a valid email address registered to your account and you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check to ensure that the email has not been filtered into your ‘junk’ folder.

 

Q2: Can I change or cancel my order?

A2: Our order process is super quick so we are only able to change orders.

 

Q3: How to redeem promotional discounts?

A3: To redeem any promotional discount, please follow the steps shown below.

  1. Follow the link which can be found on the email or leaflet.
  2. Input your unique Promotion code and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. If you pay for your goods in full at the time of order, your promotional discount will be applied immediately.

 

Q4: What are the available sizes?

A4: All our products are available from 3 to 14 year olds

 

 

 

Q6: How much is the delivery fees?

A6: The delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

Q7: How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

A7:  All orders take from 3-5 business days to be delivered.

 

Q8: Is there exchange or refund?
